Every appointment is designed to feel personal, relaxing, and luxurious, so you leave looking polished, feeling confident, and already excited to come back.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. All payments and fees are nonrefundable. HOLIDAY & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS: Appointments scheduled on major holidays are subject to a $50 holiday fee. This includes New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and other recognized major holidays. Appointments scheduled before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM are subject to a $25 fee. ARRIVAL & GUEST POLICY: Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for that day. Applicable late cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment unless an earlier arrival has been approved by LashWay Boulevard. Extra guests are not permitted. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to LashWay Boulevard’s complete booking policy.
